The Hunters Hill Hotel has submitted yet another Section 96 for their controversal development of the Pub site.

Changes included are heights to 12.6m (2.1m above approved) and additional excavation of the site in order to provide room for a supermarket requiring a FSR of 1.96. 

Residents are urged to view documentation on the Council's website http://www.huntershill.nsw.gov.au/Page/Page.asp?Page_Id=674 and submit comments not later than 4 pm 28 July.
